摘 要:实际生产挤压管形或管材件时常伴有管壁弯曲,影响产品的外观质量,对于有平直度要求的零件成品率非常低。运用Deform-3D软件,对1060铝薄壁矩形管的成形过程进行模拟分析影响管壁平直度的因素,为模具设计与生产工艺提供参考依据。实验在室温20℃,固体粉末润滑剂,2000 k N液压机设备环境下进行,在实验之前需要对坯料进行皂化处理。通过实体挤压件与模拟件的对比分析以及对实体件管壁壁厚的测量,发现实体件管壁平直度较模拟件弯曲并且壁厚不均匀。改变上、下模相对位置关系,上模中心向下模中心左边偏离0.2 mm,使得上、下模之间间隙不均匀。通过模拟结果分析表明,上、下模间隙不均匀是影响管壁平直度与壁厚不均匀的一个重要因素,而挤压速度对管壁的平直度影响不大,为实际生产和模具安装精度要求提供了参考。The extruded tubular member or pipe is often produced with distortion on the wall,which influences the appearance quality of product,and the flatness requirement leads to low yield of parts. The forming process of aluminum 1060 thin-walled rectangular tube was simulated by the Deform-3D software,and the influence factors were analyzed to provide a reference for the die design and production technology. Experiments were conducted with solid powder lubricant by 2000 k N hydraulic equipment at 20 ℃,and saponification on blanks was required before the experiment. Comparing the extrusion parts with the simulation parts and measuring the wall thickness,it is found that flatness is poor and the surface is uneven. The relative position between upper and lower die is altered,and the center of upper die deviates 0. 2 mm left towards the center of lower die to get an uneven gap between upper and lower die. The simulation results show that an uneven gap between the upper and lower die is an important factor related to the uneven thickness and flatness of the wall,while the extrusion rate has little effect on the flatness of the wall. Therefore,the study provides a reference for the actual production and installing accuracy of molds.
