摘　　要：作为信息时代的同位语,信息文明具有丰富的哲学内涵,需要纳入哲学的视野作为一种新的哲学对象来研究,通过这种研究开掘出其中所包含的"文明世界的信息化"和"信息世界的文明化"的双重意蕴,厘清其中的各种哲学关系,并探究由其衍生的本体论、认识论、价值论、社会哲学、道德哲学等方面的问题,从而把握作为社会存在和作为意识形态的信息文明的整体特征,并以此启示我们建成一种集合了先进的物质技术水平和理想的精神道德境界的全面的信息文明社会。As the appositive of information age,the information civilization is full of rich philosophical connotation,and so it need to be included in the philosophical field as a new philosophical object to study.Through the study we can dig out the dual implication containing'the informationization of civilized world'and 'civilization of information world ',and clarify the philosophical relationship between them,as well as to explore the problems of ontology,epistemology,value theory,social philosophy,moral philosophy and so on in which,so as to grasp the overall characteristics of the information civilization as both social existence and ideology,in order to guide us to build a comprehensive information civilization society which gathering the advanced technology and the ideal moral state.
