摘  要:快速恢复电力系统供电,减少停电时间是发生大停电后需要解决的重要问题。机组启动的次序是决定系统能否快速恢复供电的关键。传统的机组启动次序决策方法,决策依据多数仅讨论了机组启动的时间特性,而忽略了恢复路径充电时间的影响。该文提出了一种考虑恢复路径充电时间的机组启动次序决策方法,可实现机组恢复过程时间最短。最后利用23节点测试系统仿真验证了该文所提方法,并与传统的只以机组本身时间特性为决策依据而忽略路径充电时间的方法作对比,结果表明该文所提方法可缩短系统停电时间。The primary goal of system restoration is to quickly restore all of generation units and reduce customer outage time. Determination of non-blackstart units' restoration sequence is a critical step of system restoration process. The traditional methods to determine units start-up sequence mostly only considered the time characteristics of generation units, while ignoring the charging time of restoration paths. The paper propose a new method to determine restoration sequence of non-blackstart units with consideration of charging time of restoration paths for achieving shortest restoration time. Case studies on a 23 buses test system indicate that this new method takes less time to restore non-blackstart units comparing with the traditional approach without consideration of charging time of branches.
