摘  要:目的 探讨以健康信念模式为指导的家长喂养行为干预对2~5岁儿童体格发育和营养状况的干预效果。方法 以抚州市城区幼儿园2~5岁儿童及其家长作为研究对象,采用单纯随机抽样方法分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用以健康信念模式为指导的家长喂养行为干预,对照组采用常规健康教育的家长喂养行为干预,用Z评分法比较两组的干预效果。结果 实验组儿童HAZ均值、WAZ均值和血红蛋白均值高于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组儿童WHZ均值比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.118,P=0.264)。两组儿童营养不良、低体重、肥胖和贫血率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。实验组儿童生长发育迟缓率低于对照组儿童(χ2=4.160,P=0.041)。结论 以健康信念模式为指导的家长喂养行为干预对学龄前儿童群体体格发育和营养状况改善取得较好效果,可以促进学龄前儿童健康发育。Objective To explore the effect of health belief model-guided parental feeding behavior intervention on physical develop- ment and nutritional status of preschool children aged 2-5 years old. Methods The children aged 2-5 years old from urban kindergartens in Fuzhou city and their parents were selected as research object, then they were divided into experimental group and control group according to simple random sampling method. The cases in experimental group were treated by health belief model-guided parental feeding behavior inter- vention, while the cases in control group were treated by conventional health education. Z score method was used to compare the intervention effects in the two groups. Results The mean values of HAZ, WAZ, and hemoglobin in experimental group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . There was no statistically significant difference in mean value of WHZ between the two groups (t =-1.118, P= 0. 264) . There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of malnutrition, low weight, obesity, and a- nemia between the two groups ( P〉0.05 ) . The incidence rate of growth retardation in experimental group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group (x22 =4. 160, P=0. 041 ) . Conclusion The effect of health belief model-guided parental feeding behavior inter- vention on physical development and nutritional status of preschool children is good, health belief model-guided parental feeding behavior in- tervention can promote healthy development of preschool children.
