82例中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过比较体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)助孕患者中发生中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)患者与非OHSS患者一般情况、获卵数、妊娠结局等相关指标,筛选出其中的危险因素指标,为临床防治工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析四川大学华西第二医院2013-2014年接受IVF-ET治疗的患者,将发生中、重度OHSS的82例不孕患者作为OHSS组,随机选择同期接受IVF-ET治疗但未发生OHSS的95例患者为对照组。结果 OHSS组年龄小、既往妊娠数少、注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(h CG)日血雌二醇(E2)水平高、获卵数多、临床妊娠率高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:获卵数、妊娠结局差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论获卵数、妊娠结局为OHSS发生的危险因素。Objective To screen the risk factors and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment through comparing the general situations, the numbers of retrieved oocytes, and pregnancy outcomes between in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET） pa- tients with moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） and IVF-ET patients without OHSS. Methods Eighty-two in- fertile patients with moderate and severe OHSS and receiving IVF-ET in the hospital from 2013 to 2014 were selected as OHSS group and an- alyzed retrospectively, 95 cases without OHSS and receiving IVF-ET during the same period were randomly selected as control group. Re- suits Compared with control group, age of cases in OHSS group was younger, the number of pregnancy is fewer, the level of blood estradiol on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin （hCG） injection was higher, the number of retrieved oocytes was higher, the clinical pregnancy rate was higher, there were statistically significant differences （P〈0. 05 ） . Logistic regression analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the number of retrieved oocytes and pregnancy outcome between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The number of retrieved oocytes and pregnancy outcome are risk factors of OHSS.
