摘  要:海洋能电机绝缘在海水环境下受盐度、温度、湿度等环境因素的影响,电学性能会发生一定变化。海洋能电机线圈绝缘电性能的优劣关系着整个电机的使用寿命。为了对多胶模压(Resin-Rich Molding,RRM)绝缘及其胶黏剂耐盐雾性能进行研究,设计了利用阻抗谱测试分析多胶模压绝缘的介电常数、介质损耗、电阻率等电性能的试验,通过对不同盐雾试验周期下的试样进行相关电性能测量,总结多胶模压绝缘及其胶黏剂耐盐雾性能的关系,从而研究多胶模压绝缘及其胶黏剂绝缘性能的老化规律,为海洋能电机绝缘系统耐盐雾腐蚀能力研究提供试验依据。In the seawater, ocean energy generators insulation is affected by the environmental factors such as salinity, temperature, humidity and so on. The electrical performance of the insulation layer of ocean energy generators coil is related to the service life of the generator. In order to study salt spray resistance of resin-rich molding ( RRM ) main insulation and adhesive under salt spray and humidity thermal ageing, we designed experiments which can analyze dielectric constant, dielectric loss, resistivity and other electrical properties of RRM with impedance spectroscopy. Through the measurement of the samples electrical properties in different salt spray and humidity thermal ageing cycles, the salt spray resistance relationship between RRM and adhesive is summed up. The ageing rule of RRM and adhesiveis studied, which can be provided for intensive study on salt spray resistance of insulation system of ocean energy generators.
