摘  要:四川会理铅锌矿矿岩松软破碎,采准施工周期长,巷道支护工程量大,后期维护工程量大,严重影响了矿山生产安全和回采的经济性。针对矿山原有的有底柱分段崩落法存在的问题,提出采用分层分区组合式无底柱崩落采矿法,该方法分区采准,分区落矿,缩短了采准工程服务时间,采准切割、回采、出矿形成一个循环,可有效提高回采效率和回采安全性,获得了较好的经济效益。Huili lead-zinc mine in Sichuan had the characteris~ tics of soft and broken orebody, long mining construction period, as well as huge supporting and maintenance quanti- ties, which seriously impacted on the production safety and stoping economy. Aimed at the existing problems of sublevel caving with sill pillar, non-pillar sublevel caving method with hierarchical and regional combination was put forward to realize the stoping and ore-drawing in different zones and to shorten the service period of mining engineering. Mean- while the mining cutting, stoping and ore-drawing formed a circulation, which could effectively improve the efficiency and safety of stoping, with a good economic benefit.
