摘　　要：为了解当前我国社区卫生服务中心医疗卫生服务能力的发展现状,向14个省份的社区卫生服务中心机构负责人、医务人员和城乡居民发放并回收调查问卷18648份,并组织专家对10个省份30个社区卫生服务中心进行实地考察。调查发现,我国社区卫生服务中心医疗卫生服务能力及实际利用情况有所改善,但同时存在经费投入不合理,医防不平衡,优秀人才进的来、留不住等问题,制约了社区卫生服务中心功能的发挥。To understand medical and public health services of community health service centers, a total of 18648 questionnaires to community health service center directors, medical and health personnel and residents of 14 provinces were investigated, and 30 community health service centers of 10 provinces were studied through field investigation. The survey found that the ability and practical utilization of medical and health services in community health service centers in China have been improved. However, there existed unreasonable investment, unbalance between medical and public health service, and some other problems, which re- stricted the function of community health service.
