摘　　要：目的:通过调查安徽省四市80个村级卫生室,探讨村级卫生室在深化基层医疗改革过程中如何提升服务能力,为进一步开展基层医疗卫生事业改革和提高村级卫生室的服务能力提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查与无结构式访谈、定性与定量分析相结合的方法。结果:村医队伍不稳定,未来发展令人堪忧;基本公共卫生服务任务繁重,且成效甚微;药品需求难以满足,基本医疗服务受到限制;补助资金落实不到位,发放数额不透明。建议:建立晋级流动机制,加强村医队伍建设;规范药商行为,完善药品零差率制度;卫生室职能"两分化",做到精准服务;强化管理,使资金落实透明化;加强健康知识宣传,提高村民卫生保健意识。Objective To investigate the 80 villages in Wuhu, Hefei, Fuyang, Anqing City, Anhui Province, four, to understand the current situation and service capabilities of many problems in Anhui village clinics to deepen grass - roots health care reform on the road exists,Anhui primary care health Service to provide a reference and countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire and un- structured interview methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results Medical team instability village, village doctors worrying future development;basic public health services task arduous, but with little success;basic medical services to carry out difficult, difficult to meet the demand for drugs; funds may not be implemented, the number of opaque disbursement. Recommendation establish mechanisms for promotion, strengthening village health team building;perfect zero profit drug, reducing commercial phenomenon;health room functions＂ two differentiation＂ ; planning and management, funds to implement transparency; strengthen villagers＇ health knowledge propaganda.
