摘 要:尼龙织物先经等离子体处理,再采用自制二苯甲酮-三嗪紫外线吸收剂进行整理。以UPF值和增重率为指标,考察了各工艺条件对整理效果的影响。优化的整理工艺为:等离子体以氨气为气源,功率100W,放电时间240S,压强50Pa,紫外线整理剂4%,交联剂EGDE5%,温度80-90℃,时间60min。整理后尼龙织物的UPF值可达84.7,且具有一定的耐洗性,白度有所下降,断裂强度稍有降低,但均不影响尼龙织物的后续应用。The nylon fabric is finished by self-made ultraviolet absorbent diphenyl ketone-triazine after plasma treatment. The effect of finishing conditions on performances are studied by testing UPF value and weighting percentage. The optimal finishing process is: using ammonia as source gas for plasma treatment, power 100 W, discharge time 240 s, pressure 50 Pa, ultraviolet absorbent 4%, cross-linking agent EGDE 5%, reacting at 80-90 ℃ for 60 min. The UPF value of finished nylon fabric reaches 84.7, and the washing fastness of finished fabric is good. The whiteness and breaking strength of the nylon fabric are slightly reduced after finishing.
