涤纶的新型环保载体染色

摘　　要：研究了环保型无味载体HS-SET-1在涤纶织物低温染色工艺中的应用。结果表明,载体HS-SET-1能够明显改善分散染料在水中的溶解度,提高染料上染率。优化的染色工艺为:载体3%(omf),染色温度105℃,染色时间30 min。载体染色织物的颜色特征值与传统130℃高温高压染色的接近,且透染性好。The application of environmental friendly carrier HS-SET-1 to low temperature dyeing of polyes- ter fabric is investigated. The result shows that the carrier HS-SET-1 increases the solubility of disperse dyes, and improve the dye-uptake of the dyes. The optimal dyeing process is carrier 3%（omf）, dyeing at 105 ℃ for 30 min. The shade of the carrier dyeings closes to that of the traditional dyeings at high tem- perature 130 ℃, and has good dye penetration.
