摘  要:探讨了葡萄色素及媒染剂对印花原糊流变性的影响,媒染剂用量及汽蒸时间对印花蚕丝织物K/S值的影响,以及媒染剂种类对印花织物颜色特征值和色牢度的影响。结果表明,葡萄色素和所选用的媒染剂与合成龙胶原糊具有良好的相容性;采用合成龙胶原糊、媒染剂与葡萄色素配制的印花色浆对蚕丝织物进行印花,汽蒸时间为25 min,媒染剂氯化镧、氯化铈、槟榔栲胶3%,硫酸锌1%,硫酸铝2%时,印花织物可获得较高的K/S值。色浆中加入媒染剂可提高印花织物色牢度,使用不同的媒染剂可丰富印花织物的色相。The effects of grape pigment and mordant on rheological property of printing thickener are studied, as well as the effect of mordant concentration and steaming time on K/S value, and mordant type on colorimetric data and color fastness of the printed silk fabric. Results show the good compatibili- ty between grape pigment and synthetic gum thickener, as well as between the selected mordant and synthetic gum thickener. Printing with synthetic gum thickener, mordant, and grape pigment, the higher K/S value can be obtained by steaming for 25 rain with mordant of 3% lanthanum chloride or cerium chlo- ride or areca extract, or 1% zinc sulfate, or 2% aluminum sulfate. The color fastness of the printed fabric can be improved by adding mordant in printing paste, and the colors are enriched by using different mor- dants.
