“辽兴府”存废钩沉  

On Liaoxing Fu(辽兴府)'s Existence and Abolishment

摘　　要：五代后唐时,平州被契丹占领,随即被升为节镇州,先后置卢龙军、辽兴军。但宋人记载契丹升平州为辽兴府。对此,学界皆视宋人记载有误。作者认为辽兴府确曾存在,其存在时间可能不在辽初而在辽末。辽末,随着大片国土不断落入金朝之手,新建立的耶律淳政权出于捍卫燕京的考虑,将平州升级为辽兴府。天辅七年正月,金破燕京后,辽兴府守臣时立爱降金,金太祖旋即升辽兴府为南京兴平府。这才是平州在辽金鼎革之际的真正变迁过程。"辽兴府"是当时不为各方所承认的耶律淳政权所升,且存在的时间不满一年,因而长期默默无闻。During the Later Tang Dynasty of the Five Dynasties period,Pingzhou(平州) was occupied and upgraded to Jiezhenzhou(节镇州) by Qidan,with Lulong Jun(卢龙军) and Liaoxing Jun(辽兴军) being established successively. However,people in the Song Dynasty recorded that Pingzhou was upgraded to Liaoxing Fu,which has always been taken by scholars as an error record.The author believes that Liaoxing Fu do existed and the time of its existence was not in the early Liao Dynasty,but at the end of it. At the end of Liao,with vast fraction of its territory being taken by the Jin Dyansty,the newly established Yelyu Chun regime upgraded Pingzhou to Liaoxing Fu for the defense of Yanjing. In the seventh year of Tianfu,after the Jin captured Yanjing,Shili'ai the guarding official of Liaoxing Fu surrendered to Jin,Jin Taizu upgraded Liaoxing Fu to Nanjing Xingping Fu immediately. Liaoxing Fu was upgraded by Yelyu Chun regime which was not recognized by all parts,so its existence had long been ignored.
