摘　　要：出版经纪人是帮助作者出版作品开发版权的专业工作者,在欧美出版业中有很高的影响力。但是我国的出版经纪人和出版经纪活动都没有充分发展起来。大量案例表明,危机管理是我国出版经纪业务的起始点,同时也是成熟的出版经纪服务的重要组成部分。系统分析出版经纪人危机管理服务的重要性和意义、危机类型、危机管理方法以及能力要求等,有利于促进我国出版经纪人理论和出版经纪实践的创新发展。Literary agents are professionals who assist authors to publish their works and to exploit copyright. They are very influential in Western countries, but not fully developed in China. Many cases indicate that crisis management is a starting point of a literary agent business in China, and also an important part of a good literary agent service. To analyze the importance, types, methods, and skills of a literary agent＇ s crisis management, can improve the theories and the practices of literary agents in China.
