手机阅读平台用户体验影响因子分析

摘　　要：指出在以人为中心的设计中,用户体验尤为重要,是平台设计的重要内容。采用用户访谈、问卷调查方法对影响手机阅读平台用户体验的因子进行定量分析,再利用社会科学统计软件SPSS对收集的数据进行探索性因子分析,最终抽取7个影响因子,结合手机阅读特点进行定性分析后确定因子内容,以期对手机阅读平台的设计与评价具有实际指导意义。User experience is extremely important in the human-centered design and it is a key element in platform development. The paper firstly explored factors effecting mobile reading platform＇ s user experience in quantitative analysis by user interviews and questionnaire survey; secondly, analyzed the collected data by the method of exploratory factors analysis through the Statistics Package for Social Science （SPSS） ; finally, got seven factors which were defined by qualitative analysis combined with characteristics of mobile reading. Confirming the factors influencing mobile reading＇ s user experience has conductive significance in the design and evaluation of mobile reading platforms.
