摘  要:提出了测定水和土壤中甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法。水和土壤样品按相关标准采集后于25℃保存,吹扫捕集参数选定如下:1吹扫时间为11min;2脱附时间和温度分别为190℃,2min。经气相色谱分离后采用电子轰击离子源和选择离子扫描模式进行质谱分析。在水和土壤样品中MTBE的质量浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,MTBE在上述2种样品中的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.10μg·L^(-1),0.26μg·kg^(-1)。按标准加入法进行回收试验,测得回收率在87.6%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.3%~7.2%之间。A method was developed for GCMS determination of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in water and soil with sample treatment by purging and trapping. Sample of water or soil was collected by the method of related standards and stored at 25 ℃. The parameters of sample-treatment by purging and trapping were taken as follows: (1) time of purging: 11 min; (2) time and temperature of desorption: 2 rain at 190℃. After separation by GC, MS analysis was carried out under the condition of EI and SIIVE Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of MTBE in water and soil samples were kept in definite ranges, and values of detection limits (3S/N) were 0. 10μg·L^-1 , 0. 26 μg·kg^-1, respectively. Recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 87.6%-103% with RSDs (n=5) in the range of 2. 3%-7. 2%.
