摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定氯苯醇溶液中氯霉素和盐酸苯海拉明含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18，流动相为含0．01mol／L 庚磷酸盐缓冲液．乙腈（66．5：33．5，刀功，柱温为35℃，流速为1ml／min，检测波长为盐酸苯海拉明258nm、氯霉素2771-1m，进样量为10μl。结果：氯霉素、盐酸苯海拉明检测质量浓度线性范围分别为34．8～139．4μg／ml（r=0．9998）、93．0--930．5μg／ml（r=0．9998）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2．0％；加样回收率分别为97．70％～104．02％、96．72％-101．72％，RSD分别为2．2％、1．6％（n=9）。结论：该方法专属性强、结果准确、精密度好，适用于氯苯醇溶液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the simultaneous contents determination of chloramphenicol and diphenhydr- amine hydrochloride in Chlorobenzene alcohol solution. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of Diamonsil C with mo- bile phase of phosphate bufibr-acetonitrile （66.5：33.5, V/V） containing 0.01 mol/L sodium heptane, column temperature was 35 ℃, flow rate was 1 ml/min, detection wavelength was 258 nm for diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 277 nm for chloramphenicol, the injection volume was 10 p.1. RESULTS： The linear range was 34.8-139.4 μg/ml for chloramphenicol （r=0.999 8） and 93.0-930.5 μg/ml for diphenhydramine hydrochloride （r=0.999 8） ; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0% ; recoveries were 97.70%-104.02% （RSD=2.2%, n=9） and 96.72%-101.72% （RSD=1.6%, n=9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is specific, accurate with good precision, and suitable for the quality control of Chlorobenzene alcohol solution.
