摘 要:针对吸尘器电机罩盖板提出了3种模具冷却方案,应用Moldflow软件对3种方案的冷却效果进行了模拟分析,通过分析比较确定了最佳的冷却系统设计方案。最后,将最优冷却方案应用于吸尘器电机罩盖板注塑模具设计中,分析结果表明该方案不仅能保证制品的质量,同时能缩短注射成型周期,降低生产成本。In this paper,the optimized design of injection mold's cooling system for the cover plate on motor of the vacuum cleaner was presented by use of the finite element analysis software Moldflow.Three design schemes for the cooling system were proposed,and the simulation of the cooling effects for the design schemes were conducted.The optimized design for the cooling system was determined through the simulation,and was applied to the injection mold design for the cover plate.It was indicated that the optimized design could shorten the working time of injection mold and cut down the production cost with qualified quality.
