摘  要:针对短纤倍捻机实际生产过程中丝线张力和超喂量的控制往往依赖经验和表格而不能实现定量计算和自动化控制的问题,结合短纤倍捻机的设备与工艺特点,通过对丝线张力和超喂量影响因素的综合分析,建立了丝线张力计算模型,进而在该模型的基础上,建立了丝线超喂量计算模型,提出了最佳张力和最佳超喂量的设定方法。实现了丝线张力和超喂量的自动化控制,保证了丝线形成筒管良好的外形及紧密度,避免了参数设定过程中对操作人员的依赖,提高了生产效率和产品质量,具有进一步推广应用的价值。To the problem that the control of silk thread tension and over feeding of a short fiber double twist machine often rely on experience and form which can not achieve quantitative calculation and automatic control in the process of actual production,combined with short fiber double twisting machine equipment and process characteristics,a silk thread tension calculation model is established.On the basis of the model,the silk thread overfeed calculation model is established,and the optimal tension and best overfeed setting method are presented through the comprehensive analysis of silk thread tension and over feeding influence factors.The automatic control of silk thread tension and over feeding is realized,it ensures the silk thread forming bobbin good appearance and tightness,avoids the dependence on the operator in the process of parameters setting,and improves the production efficiency and product quality,being of a further popularization and application value.
