摘　　要：基于Visual Basic 6.0平台,结合Minitab软件的二次开发技术和其数据统计分析技术开发了精密铜管生产线在线质量控制系统。采用VB调用Minitab的COM组件自动化技术,对Ф7×0.4退火精密铜管的抗拉强度数据进行过程能力和相关性的自动分析。结果表明:通过VB调用Minitab软件能够极大地提高数据分析速度,并实现了精密铜管生产的在线质量控制,同时能够促进六西格玛管理方法和精密铜管生产管理系统的相互结合。An online quality control system based on Visual Basic 6.0for production line of precise copper tube was researched by use of the secondary development and statistical analysis of Minitab.The process capability and correlation of the tensile strength of the annealed copper tube sizedФ7×0.4was analyzed automatically using the automation technology of invoking Minitab by VB.The results showed that the efficiency of data analysis was greatly improved by invoking Minitab by VB,and online quality control of precise copper tube production was realized.At the same time,the integration between Six Sigma and ERP could be promoted.
