摘　　要：合金化炉内温度的准确性和均匀性对合金化过程的有效性和稳定性至关重要。基于对合金化炉温度分布情况的分析,探讨了有效控制热量散逸的设备技术手段,并在现场应用,取得了良好的应用效果。The accuracy and uniformity of galvannealing furnace temperature are very important to the efficiency and stability of alloying process.On the basis of the analysis of alloying furnace temperature distribution,this paper discusses the equipment and technical means to achieve the effective control of the heat dissipation,and a good application effect has been obtained.
