摘  要:探究热轧盘条组织及织构对桥梁缆索钢丝扭转性能的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了热轧盘条的组织,并利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)分析了热轧盘条的织构,最后根据扭转时的应力分布分析了织构对扭转性能的影响。结果表明,盘条组织的均匀程度、索氏体片层间距和织构能影响扭转性能;盘条组织越均匀,索氏体片层间距越细,钢丝的扭转性能越好;相比组织均匀程度和片层间距,织构对扭转性能的影响更加显著,盘条中{110}织构强度越低,钢丝扭转性能越好。The effects of microstructure and texture of green rod on the torsional property of steel wire for bridge cables were investigated. SEM was used to observe the microstructure of green rod and the textures of green rod were analyzed by EBSD. The effects of texture on the torsional property were analyzed according to the stress distribution during torsion. The results show that the homogeneity of wire rod microstructure, inter-lamellar spacing of sorbite and textures could affect the torsional property. The more homogenization of microstructure and the more refinement of lamellar is ,the better of torsional property of wire steel is . Compared with homogeneity degree of microstructure and lamella spacing,the texture has more remarkable effect on the torsional property, the lower strength of {110} texture is, the better torsional property of wire steel is.
