摘  要:采用热浸镀工艺方法,在碳钢表面获得Al-Mn合金镀层。利用动载磨料磨损试验机对Al-Mn合金镀层的磨粒磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:铝锰合金镀层是由Al、Fe Al3、Fe2Al5和Mn Al6相组成。随磨损时间的延长,Al-Mn合金镀层磨损失重逐渐减小,当磨损时间超过50h后,磨损失重基本保持不变,且远低于未浸镀的Q235钢和纯铝镀层。合金镀层的磨损失重随含锰量的增加而减少,当磨损100 h后,Al-13wt%Mn合金镀层的磨损失重为Q235钢的45%,是纯铝镀层的35%。Al-Mn alloy coating can be obtained on the carbon steel by using hot-dip technique. The abrasive wear tester was used to investigate the abrasive wear performance of Al-Mn alloy coatings. The results show that Al-Mn alloy layer is composed of Al, FeA13, Fe:A15 and MnA16 phase. The wear mass loss of Al-Mn alloy coating decreases with wear time prolonging. When the wear time is above 50h, the wear mass loss of Al-Mn alloy coating does not change, which is far lower than that of the carbon steel and pure aluminum coating. The wear mass loss of the coating decreases with Mn content increasing. When the wear time is 100 h, the wear mass losss of Al-13wt% alloy coating is 45% of carbon steel, and 35% of pure aluminum coating.
