摘  要:采用树枝状Inconel625合金粉末,用冷等静压法制备了多孔支撑管,研究了烧结工艺对多孔支撑管组织结构和性能的影响。采用粉末湿法喷涂技术成形微孔膜层,研究了喷涂次数和烧结工艺对微孔膜层性能的影响。结果表明,在氢气气氛烧结炉中,烧结温度升高至1240℃时,多孔支撑管的最大孔径、孔隙率和透气系数达到要求,且试样具有合格的力学性能。采用多台阶慢速升温的烧结工艺研制出喷涂2遍后的金属微滤膜管,对于0.3μm的粉尘,过滤效率大于99%,并且具有较高的渗透系数(>200 m3/h·m^2·k Pa)。Incone1625 porous support tube was prepared by cold isostatic compaction using dendritic Incone1625 powder. The effects of sintering process on the microstructure and performance of porous support tube were studied. The microporous film was formed by powder wet spray technology. The effects of spray numbers and sintering process on the performance of microfilm were studied. The results show that in H2 atmosphere,when the sintering temperature increases to 1240℃,the maximum aperture,porosity and air permeability of porous support tube reach the standard. Then, the samples have eligible mechanical properties. Metallic microporous film tube has been made by sintering process of multi-stepslow rate heating and spraying twice. Filter efficiency reaches more than 99% for 0.3μm powder and the permeability coefficient reaches more than 200 mV(h·m^2.kPa).
