基于复合激光熔敷的矿山机械表面改性研究

摘  要:采用超声振动辅助的复合激光熔敷技术,对典型的矿山机械A3钢进行了表面改性处理,并进行了物相、显微组织、耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性的分析。结果表明,熔敷层由γ(Ni)相、WC相、Cr_(23)C_6相和石墨烯组成。与常规激光熔敷相比,复合激光熔敷处理使磨损体积减小69%,10 d醋酸盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率减少67%,腐蚀电位正移161mV,提高了矿山机械的耐磨损性和耐腐蚀性。The typical mine machinery A3 steel was surface modified by ultrasonic vibration assisted composite laser cladding technology. The phase, microstructure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of typical mine machinery were tested. The results show that the composite laser cladding is composed of 3, (Ni) phase, WC phase, Cr23C6 phase and graphene. Compared with common laser cladding, the composite laser cladding can make wear volume decrease by 69%, and the mass loss rate atler acetic acid salt spray corrosion for 10 d decreases by 67%, and the corrosion potential positively changes by 161 mV, and then, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the mine machinery improve significantly.
