摘 要:针对大倾角工作面支架稳定性差,易发生支架下滑、倾倒和咬架现象,通过对单支架和多支架的稳定性在不同工作状态下的力学分析,得出了支架失稳的力学机理,指出支架的失稳主要发生在降架、移架过程中,只要采取合理的支架管理措施即可保证支架的稳定性。通过采用合理的移架顺序、移架前确保相邻支架稳定、增大支架侧护板宽度、充分利用支架本身的侧护千斤顶和底调千斤顶调整支架等综合性技术措施保证了大倾角工作面支架的稳定。Aiming at the poor stabilityof toppling,sliding and slanting supports,instability mechanism of support was obtained through mechanical analysis of single and several supports at different working conditions.The instability of supports mainly occurred during dropping and moving.The stability of supports can be guaranteed by rational management measures.By comprehensive solutions of rational moving sequence,making the neighboring supports stable before moving supports,enlarging the width of side guard plate,taking full advantage of side and bottom jacks to adjust the condition,the supports in greatly inclined seam remains are stable.
