摘　　要：基于矿下斜井运输中跑车事故具有突发性、严重性等特点,提出了一种基于N:N网络和MCGS组态软件的3档跑车防护装置监控系统,采用三菱FX系列PLC组建N:N网络实现对输入信号的处理和控制信号的输出,上位机通过MCGS组态软件搭建监视系统,实现对整个运输系统的动态监控。结果表明:运行安全可靠,自动化程度较高,在一定程度上预防了斜井跑车事故。For the characteristics of burstiness and severity of car accidents in underground inclined shaft transportation, a kind of pro- tective equipment monitoring and control system for runaway car with three grades is designed based on N ： N network and MCGS con- figuration software in this paper. This system uses Mitsubishi FX series PLC to form N： N network for achieving the input signal pro- cessing and controlling signal output. Dynamic monitoring of the entire transport system can be achieved through the MCGS configura- tion software to build monitoring system. This system can prevent the tramcar accidents in a certain extent and has the advantages of safe and reliable operation and high degree of automation.
