摘 要:针对我国煤矿综采工作面粉尘治理的难题,通过分析综采工作面割煤时粉尘运移特性,设计了适用于综采工作面的泡沫除尘系统,主要由正压比例混合器、发泡器、泡沫分配器和喷头等组成。系统在山脚树矿22186综采工作面开展了试验,结果表明,使用泡沫除尘技术后,全尘和呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率分别高达75.16%和63.86%,分别是水雾除尘的1.72倍和1.61倍,大幅提高了综采工作面的除尘效果。According to the existing problems of dust control at fully - mechanized working face, we analyzed the laws of dust migration in coal cutting by coal cutter. A new dust control system with foam at fully - mechanized working face was proposed, including positive pressure proportioner, foam maker, bubble distributor and nozzle and so on. And then it is tested at 22186 fully - mechanized working face in Shanjiaoshu Mine. The results indicate that collection efficiencies of total dust and respirable dust with foam is up to 75.16% and 63.86% respectively, which are 1.72 times and 1.61 times as the water spray did, and greatly increase dust removal effect at fully mechanized working face.
