摘 要:目的:比较实验组和对照组健康教育效果,分析其影响因素,并提出具体建议。方法对实验组开展针对性培训,对照组不做干预,分别开展基线调查和终末调查,采用双重差分法比较培训净效果。结果实验组全部知识知晓率终末调查结果(12.88%)高于基线调查(5.16%)(χ2=5.72,P=0.017),对照组终末调查知晓率(8.77%)低于基线调查(33.33%)(χ2=9.83,P=0.002)。实验组终末调查平均得分(89.71分)高于基线调查(84.98分)(t=-3.78,P=0.000),对照组前后差异无统计学意义。实验组知识完全知晓率提高的概率为对照组的10.14倍(P=0.005,O^R=10.14,95%CI:2.04,50.48)。结论实验组的干预措施提高了医务人员的知晓率,对照组医务人员的知晓率降低,应针对知晓率低的知识开展专题培训。Objective To compare the effect of health education on tuberculosis between experimental group and control group, analyze the influencing factors and put forward specific proposals. Methods The experimental group received targeted training, and the control group did not receive special training. In the both groups the baseline knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) survey and final survey were carried out respectively. The difference-in-differences method was used to compare the net effect of training. Results The knowledge awareness in the final survey of the experimental group (12.88%) was significantly higher than that in the baseline survey (5.16%; χ2 =5.72, P= 0.017), but the knowledge awareness in the final survey of the control group (8.77%) was significantly lower than that in the baseline survey (33.33%; χ2 = 9.83, P= 0.002). The average score in the final survey of the experimental group (89.71) was significantly higher than that in the baseline survey (84.98; t= -3.78, P= 0.000), but there was no significant difference between the average scores of the baseline and final surveys in the control group. The probability of improving the knowledge of the experimental group was 10.14 times that of the control group [ P= 0.005, O^R = 10.14, 95% CI: 2.04, 50.48]. Conclusions The experimental intervention measures have improved the awareness of medical staff. We should carry out special training to improve knowledge awareness of tuberculosis.
