摘 要:为探究氮磷钾平衡施肥对油用牡丹光合特性的影响,建立氮磷钾平衡施肥对油用牡丹净光合速率的函数模型,模拟出油用牡丹的氮磷钾施肥最优组合方案。以油用牡丹品种凤丹为材料,采用311-A拟饱和最优回归设计,研究不同氮、磷、钾施肥处理对凤丹盛花期光合特性的影响,建立凤丹盛花期的净光合速率氮磷钾平衡施肥效应函数模型。结果表明,凤丹盛花期的净光合速率与氮磷钾肥施用量之间回归关系显著,并具有高度相关关系。所有施肥处理的净光合速率均显著高于对照,氮磷钾三因素、两因素配施对凤丹盛花期净光合速率均具有显著影响,氮磷钾3种肥料的影响作用大小顺序为钾肥>氮肥>磷肥。通过模型寻优获得最高净光合速率对应的氮磷钾最佳施肥组合为N 502.52 kg·hm-2,P2O5179.42 kg·hm-2,K2O 174.79 kg·hm-2,拟合的最大净光合速率为16.398μmol·m-2·s-1。本研究建立的施肥效应函数模型能够用于预测凤丹盛花期的光合能力,帮助改善其光合特性,对于高光效凤丹品种的生产具有重要意义。To explore the effects of balanced fertilization of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on photosynthetic characteristics of tree peony,a effect function model of balanced fertilization of N,P,K on net photosynthetic rate in tree peony was established,and then the optimal combination scheme of N,P,K applying fertilizers of tree peony was simulated. The effects of different N,P,K fertilizer treatments on photosynthetic characteristics for Paeonia ostii Feng Dan at full-bloom stage was determined,an experiment was carried out with the method of 311- A optimum regression design to establish effect function models of N,P,K fertilizer balanced application. The results showed that there were significant regression and extremely significant correlation between net photosynthetic rate of P. ostii Feng Dan and the code of application quantity of N,P,K fertilizer. Net photosynthetic rate( Pn) in all the fertilization treatments was higher than the control. Combined application of N,P and K fertilizer had a significant influence on Pn in leaves of P.ostii Feng Dan,and the effect order of N,P and K fertilizer was K 〉 N 〉 P. The optimum fertilization combination( N502. 52 kg·hm- 2,P2O5179. 42 kg·hm- 2,K2 O 174. 79 kg·hm- 2) was obtained through the optimization of N,P and K response function,and the fitting highest Pn was 16. 398 μmol·m- 2·s- 1. The function model established in this study could be used to improve the photosynthetic capacity of P. ostii Feng Dan at full-bloom stage. It would be of great importance for the production of the high photosynthetic efficiency varieties of P. ostii Feng Dan.
