摘　　要：济宁何岗煤矿牢固树立安全发展观,坚持以人文本,强化"双基"、安全质量标准化建设,深化安全精细化管理;坚持标本兼治,超前防范,建立安全生产长效机制,实现本质安全。Since the production of Jining He Gang coal mine, firmly establish the concept of safe development. Adhere to the text to the people, strengthen ＂double base＂, safety and quality standards of construction, deepen security meticulous management; insist on treating the symptoms, ahead of prevention, establish a long-term effective mechanism of safety production, to realize intrinsic safety.
