地下室裂缝成因分析与加固方法

摘　　要：随着我国经济和科技的不断发展,城市建设规模不断扩大,致使城市土地供应日益紧张,更多的高层建筑,超长建筑应运而生。目前,高层建筑地下室出现裂缝和渗漏现象时有发生,严重影响地下室的建筑和结构使用功能。文章结合故障树的表示方法,呈现出不同类型裂缝的主要成因。针对"事前"、"事中"和"事后"3个阶段分别提出了预防和加固地下室混凝土裂缝的措施。With the continuous development of economy and technology in China,urban construction have been expanding,land resources are increasingly in short,so more and more super-length and tall buildings emerge.At present, the basement of tall building cracks and leakage phenomena have occurred,so as to affect the building and structure function of the basement seriously. The paper presents the main causes of different types of cracks based on the representation method of fault tree. According to the ＂advance＂, ＂things＂ and ＂after＂ three stages,puts forward the prevention and reinforcement measures of concrete cracks in basement respectively.
