清末民初允康人寿保险股份有限公司及其经营管理

摘　　要：允康人寿保险股份有限公司成立于宣统元年十二月,即公元1910年1月而非多数论著所说的1909年;注册于宣统二年三月,即公元1910年4月。民国7年允康公司是"合并于"而非"改组为"中华商立保险有限公司。允康公司创办人主要是江浙商人,多数创办人曾在中外保险公司任职,这对他们创办允康公司有直接影响。部分高层管理人员为现任或离职官员,或是兼职,某些做法疏于防范骗保风险,这些都不利于允康公司的经营和发展。允康公司基本遵守了当时的公司法规定。除寿险外,允康公司还开展储蓄小保险等其他业务。目前所知允康公司共有13处分支机构,它已有分层营销的理念。Yun Kong Life Insurance Co. Ld. was founded in December 1910 ,the first year of the rein of Xuantong, rather than 1909 as most of the articles said. It was registered in March of the second year of the rein of Xuantong, which was April 1910. It was ＂merged into＂ rather than ＂restructured into＂ the Chinese Insurance Co. Ld.. during the 7th year of the Republic of China. Most of the founders who had served in Chinese and foreign insurance compa- nies and were impacted by this experience ,were from Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Some of senior management were incum- bent or resigned officials ,or part-timers. Some practices weren＇t conducive for the prevention of cheating,which were harmful to the company~ business. It basically complied with life insurance,it knowledge, Yun also carried out other minor businesses such Kong Life had a total of 13 branches. It had the provisions of the company law then. In addition to as savings type of insurance. According to our current developed the concept of hierarchical marketing
