支气管肺炎患儿IL-6、IL-8、CRP等感染标志物的变化及临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管肺炎患儿白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等感染标志物的变化及临床意义,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年12月-2016年1月医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿166例,其中83例为重症支气管肺炎,为重症组,83例为轻症支气管肺炎,为轻症组,另选取同期于医院儿科门诊经健康体检合格的小儿83例作为对照组;对三组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP等感染标志物的变化水平进行检测比较。结果与对照组比较,重症组与轻症组治疗前血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与轻症组比较,重症组治疗前血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,重症组与轻症组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管肺炎患儿进行IL-6、IL-8、CRP等水平变化的测定能够对该疾病的严重程度进行诊断,并对疾病的治疗及预后判断具有重要的临床价值。OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of infection markers such as interleukin-6（IL-6）,interleukin-8（IL-8）,and C-reactive protein（CRP）in children with bronchial pneumonia and analyze the clinical significance so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 166 children with bronchial pneumonia who were treated in hospitals from Dec 2014 to Jan 2016 were enrolled in the study and divided into the severe bronchial pneumonia group with 83 cases and the mild bronchial pneumonia group with 83cases;meanwhile,83 healthy children who received the physical examination in pediatrics outpatient department were chosen as the control group.The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and CRP were detected and compared among the three groups of children.RESULTS The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and CRP were significantly higher in the severe group and the mild group than in the control group before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and CRP were significantly higher in the severe group than in the mild group before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and CRP of the severe group and the mild group were significantly lower after the treatment than before the treatment（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe detection of the IL-6,IL-8,and CRP levels of the children with bronchial pneumonia may facilitate the diagnosis of severity of the disease and has significant clinical value in treatment of the disease and prediction of prognosis.
