摘 要:为弥补现有基于动态演化视角对区域低碳创新系统研究的不足,深入探究了其自组织表征,并引入Logistic改进模型,对其自组织演化过程进行仿真模拟。研究结果表明,区域低碳创新系统是一个以实现"经济、社会、生态"三维价值为目标的复杂适应系统,其演化经历了孕育期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期(更新期)4个时期,各演化时期伴随低碳创新模式、主体职能以及系统文化等的改变,系统各主体应"因时制宜"地调整策略,适应低碳经济发展。To compensate for the deficiency of the existing research on the dynamic evolution perspective of regional low-carbon innovation system, This paper explored its self-organization representation deeply, and introduced the improved Logistic model, and simulated the process of self-organizing evolution of the system. The results indicate that the regional low-carbon innovation system is a complex adaptive system whose goal is to realize the three-di- mensional value of "economy, society and ecology". Evolution of the system has gone through the gestation, growth, mature and recession (updated) four periods, each evolution period accompanied by the changes of low- carbon innovation mode, the functions of the main individuals as well as system culture etc. , each part of the sys- tem should adjust strategy suitably, to adapt to the development of low-carbon economy.
