新生代农民工创业意愿的影响机制研究——基于地域差异的实证分析

摘　　要：利用Logistic模型,从个体禀赋和社会支持2个方面对461位新生代农民工进行实证研究,结果显示,性别、文化程度、技能对其创业和返乡创业意愿具有积极影响,月收入对新生代农民工创业和返乡创业意愿的影响为负;婚姻对新生代农民工创业意愿的影响不显著;年龄对新生代农民工返乡创业意愿的影响不显著。在社会支持因素中,政策支持力度、地区经济水平、金融援助、创业教育培训以及亲友支持力度是影响新生代农民工创业和返乡创业意愿的重要因素。This research analyzed the influence factors of their entrepreneurial intention and selection of entrepre- neurial region based on 461 samples using Logistic model. Results showed that from the personal perspective, gen- der, educational level, and skills have positive effect on the intentions of entrepreneurship and return for venture. Personal income has negative effect on the intentions of entrepreneurship and return for venture. Age does not have significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Marriage does not have significant effect on return for venture inten- tion. From the social support perspective, policy, local economy, financial support, entrepreneurial education, rel- atives and friends are the important factors affecting the intentions of entrepreneurship and return for venture.
