摘　　要：零点活检(TO-RBX)是肾移植术前无创性肾脏检查的重要补充,可发现活体供肾的潜在异常病理改变。已证实这些异常病变与供者的年龄明显相关,且对肾移植术后供、受者的肾功能有明显影响。TO-RBX与术后程序性活检相结合,有利于对移植后出现的并发症进行鉴别诊断,并对术后免疫抑制剂的使用具有指导作用。As an important supplement of noninvasive examination before kidney transplantation,time-zero renal biopsy（ TO-RBX） could be found the latent abnormal lesions of living donor kidneys. These pathological changes are significantly related with the age of the donors and affect the postoperative renal function of the donors and recipients obviously. TO-RBX can improve the diagnosis accuracy of postoperative complications and efficacy of postoperative immunosuppressive therapy combined with protocol biopsy.
