摘　　要：探讨糖尿病病案借阅过程中出现的问题并找出解决办法。分析目前在糖尿病病案借阅过程中出现的问题,并对这些问题进行针对性的分析,找出相应的解决办法。在实际的糖尿病病案借阅的过程中,主要问题为借阅时间长、病案归档错误、病案没有完全归还以及病案被放错等情况。针对在糖尿病病案借阅过程中出现的借阅时间长、病案归档错误、病案没有完全归还以及病案被放错等问题,对其实施针对性的解决能够较好完善糖尿病病案的借阅流程,有着很高应用价值。Investigate problems appeared in the course of diabetes medical records to borrow and find a solution. Now appear in the borrowing of diabetic medical history in the process of problem analysis and on these issues were for analysis,and find out the corresponding solution. In the process of actual diabetes medical records to borrow, main problems for long time borrowing, medical record filing error, record not fully returned and medical records are misplaced, etc.. For borrowing in diabetic medical history reading course for a long time, filing medical errors, medical record not fully returned and medical record was misplaced on the other problems of implementation for the solution can improve diabetic medical history of borrowing flow Cheng, has a very high value.
