摘　　要：在系统回顾农产品价格制度历史演进背景下,界定了农产品目标价格的内涵,分析了当前我国农产品价格补贴制度的缺陷及实施农产品目标价格的必要性和可行性,进而提出了测算农产品目标价格的框架体系及其实施的可行性,分析了全面推进农产品目标价格体系可能面临的问题,最后在借鉴国外经验基础上,提出了全面实施农产品目标价格的政策建议。Under the systematically reviewing the revolution of agricultural price institutional history, this article first defines the connotation of agricultural target price, analyzes the defect of China ＇s agricultural price subsidy institution and the necessity and feasibility to implement agricultural target price, puts forward the framework system for computing agricultural target price and the feasibility of implementation, analyzes the possible problem for fully improving agricultural target price system, and finally puts forward policy suggestion to fully implement agricultural target price according to foreign experiences.
