摘　　要：文章以科技网站为研究对象,以文献计量学和全评价为理论基础,运用假设、推理方法研究科技网站信息质量形式评价指标,利用灰色关联度法构建科技网站信息质量形式评价理论模型。研究发现:形式评价作为内容与效用评价的补充,可以将内容评价指标作为形式评价标准,将主题特征度、权威度、新颖度、准确度、热度等单一指标作为形式评价指标,以简化指标体系、优化评价模型。This paper is mainly about science and technology websites on the basis of literature metrology and ＂full evaluation＂. It uses the hypothesis and reasoning method to study formal evaluation indexes of science and technology websites＇ information quality, and uses the method of grey correlation degree to construct the formal evaluation theoretical model of the information quality of science and technology website. The study finds that formal evaluation can be used as the supplement to content and effectiveness evaluation, content evaluation indexes as the formal evaluation standards, and single indexes like subject characteristics, authority, novelty, accurate, and heat degree as formal evaluation indexes, so as to achieve the goal of simplifying the index system and optimizing the evaluation model.
