组织氛围视角下的图书馆管理创新——以南京农业大学为例

摘　　要：文章借鉴美国ClimateQUAL^(TM)的成功经验,在对评价指标体系进行本地化改造的基础上,探索国内图书馆组织氛围量化评价的方法及应用效果。南京农业大学图书馆2011年开展首轮图书馆组织氛围测评,根据测评结果反映的问题,出台了一系列针对性的举措或规章制度。为了检验图书馆创新管理的效果,2014年开展第二轮组织氛围调查。基于两次测评数据的对比,梳理近年来图书馆管理创新举措的成效,认为基于图书馆组织氛围的测评能够为国内图书馆提升管理水平提供决策依策。By drawing lessons from the successful experience of ClimateQUALTM administration in the United States, and based on the reconstruction of the assessment index system, this paper attempts to explore the evaluation method and application effect of the organizational climate assessment in domestic libraries. Nanjing Agricultural University Library implemented the first assessment of organizational climate in library in 2011. A series of corresponding measures, rules and regulations are issued according to the problems reflected in the survey. A new assessment of organizational climate in library was administrated in 2014 to examine the effects of library management innovation. Based on the comparison of the two assessment results, this paper analyzes the achievements of library management innovation measures in recent years and points out that the assessment of organizational climate in library can provide decision basis for improving domestic library management.
