摘　　要：针对针织坯布卷装质量小的问题,在普通大圆机的基础上,对189台圆机的落布机构进行改造,实现将坯布卷装质量由23 kg/卷提高到65 kg/卷。为顺利完成大卷装的生产运输,对Feed机和Auto机进行防飞花改造,制备系列的配套运输工具,并对翻布机进行改造。同时详细阐述针织坯布大卷装的整体生产流程,包括各个岗位操作工的操作内容及要点,以实现改善质量、提前备布、减少搬运、减少损耗的目的,为大圆机机构的改造提升提供参考。In terms of the problems thai the knitted fabrie package is light weight, this paper modifies the doffing meehanism of the 189 circular machines based on the common cireular machine. In order to complete the production anti transportation of the large package, it changs the lint removal deviees of Feed and Auto machines, develops a series of matched transportation tools and modifies the cloth lurning machine. Besides, it introduces in detail the production process of large package including the operation procedure and key points of operation, which can improve the quality, prepare fabric in advance, reduce the handling, decrease loss, and provide references for the modification of the circular machine.
