摘  要:以对苯基苯酚(PPP)为促染剂,使用分散红玉S-5BL对芳砜纶纤维进行染色,测试并分析了促染剂PPP用量、无水乙醇用量、扩散剂NNO和染色时间对染色性能的影响,同时与高温高压染色法进行了对比。结果表明,促染剂染色最佳工艺为促染剂PPP用量7 g/L、扩散剂NNO用量1 g/L、无水乙醇用量10m L/L、浴比1∶50、染色时间140 min、染色温度95℃,此时纤维的K/S值高于高温高压染色法染色纤维。Using p-phenylphenol (PPP) as the carrier, polysulfonamide fiber was dyed by disperse dye S-5BL, and the effects of the dosage of carrier PPP, alcohol and diffusion agent NNO, dyeing temperature and time on dyeing property were tested and analyzed. And compared with the high temperature and high pressure dyeing method. The results show that the optimal carrier dyeing process is that the dosage of carrier PPP is 7 g/L, dosage of diffusion agent NNO is 1 g/l,, dosage of alcohol is 10 mL/L, the bath ratio is 1:50, dyeing temperature is 95℃, and dyeing time is 140 minutes. In addition, K/S value of the fiber is higher than that by high temperature and pressure dyeing method.
