摘  要:为培育西瓜壮苗提供科学依据,以迁丽1号西瓜品种为试验材料,研究西瓜苗期喷施有机肥和生物菌肥对其幼苗生长、生物量及根际基质微生物的影响。结果表明:西瓜苗期喷施有机肥和生物菌肥其幼苗株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶面积、地上部干鲜重及壮苗指数均较对照(清水喷施)显著增加;根际基质细菌和放线菌数量显著增加,但真菌数量降低。西瓜苗期喷施生物菌肥和有机肥能明显提高穴盘幼苗质量,改善根际微生物环境。In order to provide scientific references for cultivating healthy seedlings, the watermelon cultivar Qianli 1 was used as the experimental material to study the effects of spraying organic fertilizers and biological bacteria on growth, biomass and quantity of microorganism. Results: Spraying organic fertilizers and biological bacteria fertilizers in seedling stage significantly increased plant height, stem diameter, leaf quantity, leaf area, stem fresh and dry weight and seedling index compared with the control (spraying water); The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in rhizosphere significantly increased while fungi decreased. Spraying biological bacteria fertilizers and organic fertilizers could obviously enhance seedling quality and improve the rhizosphere microbial environment.
