摘  要:为了艾纳香适宜采收期的确定提供理论依据,对不同月份和不同株龄的艾纳香,采用GC法测定l-龙脑含量,紫外可见分光光度计法测定总黄酮含量。结果表明:艾纳香l-龙脑含量以10月的最高,8-12月份的无显著性差异(P>0.05),3年生艾纳香中的l-龙脑含量最高,与1年生及更小株龄的艾纳香存在显著差异(P<0.05);总黄酮含量以6月、8月与11月的较高,2年生艾纳香中总黄酮含量最高,且与其他株龄的艾纳香存在显著差异(P<0.05)。以l-龙脑为指标提取艾片时,9-12月中旬都可采收,以10月最佳;以总黄酮为指标在11月份采收较好。In order to provide a theoretical reference for confirm the suitable harvest time of B. balsamifera, the/-borneol of the plant was determined by gas chromatography, and total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The analysis of variance was used for statistical analysis of the l- borneol and total flavonoids of B. balsamifera in different months and different age. Results:The content of/-borneol in October was the highest, but there was no significant difference from August to December in bborneol content(P〉0. 05). Total flavonoids in June, August and November are higher; /-borneol content in three years old B. balsamifera was the highest compared with other ages, and there was significant difference with one year old or even less B. balsamifera (P〈0. 05), total flavonoids content of two years old B. balsamifera was the highest compared with other ages, and there was significant difference with other ages(P〈0. 05). So, if /-borneol is as an index, for extracting Aipan, it can be harvested from September to mid-December, but October is the best. If total flavonoids is as an index, it should be harvested in November.
