摘  要:为了卷烟的烟叶质量风格定位和生产提供参考,以山东潍坊、湖南永州、湖北恩施、四川泸州、贵州黔西南、云南楚雄和陕西安康7个烤烟产地的复烤烟C_3F烟叶为材料,测评不同产地复烤烟叶的内在化学成分含量及感官评吸质量,并分析两者间的相关性。结果表明:不同产地C_3F复烤烟叶中内在化学成分和感官评吸总分存在一定的差异,个别指标的含量差异较大;以湖南永州烟叶的化学成分含量和内在感官质量较好;除氯元素外,评吸总得分与内在化学成分指标含量的变化一致,与总糖和还原糖含量的相关性较大。The correlations between chemical components' content and sensory smoking quality were determined by analyzing re-drying C3F flue-cured tobacco leaves from seven flue-cured producing areas of Weifang (Shangdong), Yongzhou (Hunan), Enshi (Hubei), Luzhou (Sichuan), Qianxinan (Guizhou), Chuxiong (Yunnan) and Ankang (Shaanxi) to provide a reference for flue-cured tobacco quality style positioning and production of cigarette industry. Results: There is a certain difference between chemical components and sensory smoking quality in re-drying Ca F flue-cured tobacco leaves from different producing areas but there are obvious differences in content of some individual indexes. The chemical components' content and sensory smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves from Yongzhou, Hunan is better. The smoking quality score changes with change of chemical components' content except chlorine. The smoking quality score is more related to the content of total sugar and reducing sugar.
