摘  要:为了对贵阳地区枇杷抗叶斑病种质的育种和栽培提供参考,以贵阳市农业试验中心枇杷种质资源圃中44个枇杷种质为试材,采用田间调查法,对枇杷种质进行叶斑病的抗性调查。结果显示:44个枇杷种质均不同程度地感染叶斑病,病情指数在2.67~51.33;其中,抗病种质15份(高抗6份,抗病9份),占参试种质的34.1%,中抗种质18份,占参试种质的40.9%,感病种质11份(感病8份,高感3份),占参试种质的25.0%,以中抗的种质居多;春季发病最重,冬季最轻,夏季和秋季发病程度相近,即温暖潮湿的季节容易发生叶斑病;不同树冠方位以东面、西面和北面较容易感病,南面和中部感病较轻;病情指数与果实品质存在显著相关性,病害越严重,果实的单果重、总糖、糖酸比及固酸比的数值越小,可滴定酸的数值则越大。To provide references for the breeding and cultivation of loquat resistant to leaf spot disease in Guizhou,leaf spot disease resistance of 44 loquat germplasms in Loquat Germplasm Resources Garden of Guiyang Agricultural Testing Center was investigated by the field survey method.Results:44loquat germplasms infected with leaf spot disease in varying degrees(disease index 2.67~51.33).There were 15 loquat germplasms resistant to leaf spot disease(6high resistance,9resistance),accounting for 40.9% of tested germplasms.And 11 susceptible germplasms(8susceptible,3highly susceptible),accounting for25.0%,most of them were of moderate resistant to leaf spot disease;The heaviest incidence season was spring,the light incidence season was winter,the extent of the disease were similar in summer and autumn,in warm and humid season loquat was susceptible to leaf spot disease;The east,north and west of the crown was susceptible,south and central was light;There was significant correlation between disease index and fruit quality,the more serious the disease,the smaller the values of single fruit weight,total sugar,sugar acid ratio and solid acid ratio,while the titratable acid value was inverse.
