摘 要:为给苦苣苔科植物的药用研究提供依据,采用反相高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定苦苣苔科4属40种植物的毛蕊花糖苷与总黄酮含量。结果表明:40种苦苣苔科植物中有30种含有毛蕊花糖苷,其中只有半蒴苣苔属11种植物全部含有,吊石苣苔属不含有毛蕊花糖苷,且半蒴苣苔属在4个属间分布含量较高,平均含量为0.078%;吊石苣苔属分布含量最低,平均含量为0.004 4%。40种苦苣苔科植物中均含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,其含量为0.31%~7.84%。报春苣苔属、半蒴苣苔属、吊石苣苔属和芒毛苣苔属的黄酮含量分布均无明确规律,含量高低差异较大。其中,半蒴苣苔属植物毛蕊花糖苷和总黄酮平均含量均最高,分别为0.078%和4.53%。To provide references for studying on Gesneriaceae plants,the acteoside and total flavonoids contents in 40 kinds(four genera)of Gesneriaceae plants were measured by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography and UV spectrophotometry determination separately. Results:Acteoside contained in 30 kinds of Gesneriaceae plants,all the 11 plant species of the genus Hemiboea contained acteoside while Aeschynanthus contained no acteoside.And the content in Hemiboea was higher among the four genera,0.078% on average,while that in Aeschynanthuswas the lowest,merely 0.0044% on average.All the 40 Gesneriaceae plants contained abundant flavonoids(0.31% ~7.84%).Flavonoids contents in Primulina,Hemiboea,Lysionotus and Aeschynanthus varied greatly and had no obvious regulation.Acteoside and total flavonoids contents were all the highest in Hemiboea plants,0.078% and 4.53%respectively.
