摘 要:为有效利用并深度开发猪苓制品,采用膜分离技术将猪苓微粉提取液按膜孔径大小分离浓缩,对各截留段分离液采用冷冻干燥技术干燥,测定各截留段冻干粉得率和总糖含量。结果表明:猪苓微粉提取液按分离膜分子量大小被分成8段膜分离提取液,平均膜通量为6.93L/m^2·h。分子段UF100猪苓微粉冻干粉得率最高,为1.05%;UF5得率最低,仅0.07%。NF400与UF10的总糖含量最高,分别为91.12%和88.00%;NF200以下总糖含量最低,为34.15%。药材中UF100的冻干粉总糖含量占比最高,为0.76%;NF400次之,为0.35%。The extracting solution of P.umbellatus micro powder was separated and concentrated according to membrane pore size by the membrane-separation technology and the dry powder rate and total sugar content of different separation solutions from different retention level were determined to effectively utilize and deeply develop P.umbellatus product.Results:Eight extracting solutions of P.umbellatus micro powder are divided into according to separation membrane pore size and the average membrane flux is6.93L/m^2 h.The freeze-dried powder rate of P.umbellatus micro powder with UF100 molecular level is the highest(1.05%)and the freeze-dried powder rate of P.umbellatus micro powder with UF5 molecular level is the lowest(0.07%).The total sugar content of P.umbellatus micro powder with NF400,UF10 and below NF200 molecular level is 91.12%,88.00%and 34.15%separately.The total sugar proportion in the freeze-dried powder with UF100 molecular level is the highest(0.76%),followed by the freezedried powder with NF400(0.35%).
