摘　　要：为了对作物生长发育期间的灌溉、施肥或排水措施决策提供技术支持,以计算机网络为通讯平台,以数据库为核心,开发集数据采集与数据管理为一体的土壤墒情自动监测信息系统,使墒情采集、动态监测、数据管理及共享服务融为一体。建立7个监测示范站与管理中心,实现一站式获取土壤墒情数据、连续监测和实时查看数据,实现监测点数据自动采集、储存等功能,并提供从网站、C/S客户端与手机等方式数据查询。The integrated soil moisture automatic monitoring information system including data collection,data management and database at the core based on the communication platform was established,which integrates soil moisture collection,dynamic monitoring,data management and shared service to provide the technological support for decision-making of irrigation,fertilization and drainage measures during crops growth and development period.Seven monitoring demonstration stations and management centers with functions of one-step gaining soil moisture data,continuous monitoring,realtime view data and data automatic collection and storage.The related data can be queried by websites,C/S client-side and cellphones.
